Any woman who is a leader in her respective domains, has surmounted challenges and is eager to contribute to the personal growth and development of marginalized women and girls in India. Those who have specific domain expertise in the needs and rights of women and/or ideas to eliminate digital disadvantage are also welcome.
Time commitment: Mentors should be able to dedicate approximately one to two hours every week for three months to organize a call with their mentees, follow-up with individual mentees as necessary, and take personal interest in mentees’ day-to-day lives, challenges, circumstances in order to help them identify opportunities around them.
Language requirement: Mentors should be able to speak Hindi or another regional Indian language, and fluent in English.
