Meet Archana Munda, a 26-year-old mentee from Nauj village of Jharkhand. She has been helping her family financially since the age of eleven. GOAL helped her access opportunities and develop her skills. She is now working on achieving her dreams.

Navti is a 42-year-old mentee from Sawroli Palghar. She has been supporting her family financially, since the age of 10. She always had an interest in warli art which is famous in Palghar and had worked on many small projects to promote the same. She was unable to earn a decent livelihood with these projects and hence she was ecstatic to find her Mentor, Ms. Radhika Pushkar, an entrepreneur by profession who helped her develop confidence and her entrepreneurial skills.

Roshana is a 20-year-old mentee with a family of 11 people from Village Savrolli, of Palghar District in the Konkan division of Maharashtra. Being minimum wage workers her parents faced financial issues and hence, she started working early on in her life. Now, with support from the GOAL program, she currently is also pursuing a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Training. She aspires to be a nurse.
